If an order is cancelled 48 hours before the start of the delivery slot, we will do our best to process your cancellation request which might be eligible for

However, the moment we receive your request, our team starts to prepare and coordinate the best quality gifts and flowers for you. Therefore, it is very
difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order for orders that are already under preparation.

All edible items, flowers and brand items are excluded as these are prepared more than 48 hours before the time slot.

Not with standing anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event KKOCH decides to refund to you, KKOCH will offer only credit
vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some case KKOCH will refund the money back via the original mode of payment. Refund could be
processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.

For any issue regarding your order, please contact customerservice@kkoch.ae within 4 hours of the delivery receipt. Our team might ask you to send a picture of the received items and order receipt to better understand the issue and find the best solution for you. We guarantee your order will be delivered on time! If your order is delayed, please contact 0501667864 and they will assist you accordingly. This policy will not be applicable for orders delayed for reasons outside of our control.

KKOCH shall not be responsible for the refusal of the recipient to receive a gift/arrangement.

Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. When a bank refund is applied, such refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment of the credit or debit cards used in placing orders
through the online payment gateway on KKOCH Platforms. We will do our best to process your refund promptly.

KKOCH is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

KKOCH does not accept any product exchanges.

If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to us within 4 hours of such delivery at +971501667864 and e-mail the photographs of the same at customerservice@kkoch.ae along with order receipt as attachment. KKOCH will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by KKOCH, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

flowers, branded items, fresh produce, custom orders, and all edible items

any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

KKOCH, nor its partners, employees, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Please note that flowers are a perishable product. The lifespan of each flower variety can vary significantly, with some being more delicate and
having a shorter life span than others. Availability of specific flowers and accessories may be affected by seasonal changes and weekly supplies.
While we strive to provide the freshest flowers and highest quality accessories, we cannot always guarantee the availability of specific items. If
necessary, substitutions may be made with flowers or accessories of equal or greater value if the requested items are not available.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Country of Merchant domicile will be United Arab Emirates.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to
be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
