Delivery & Shipping

Users can upload recipient phone numbers from their phone contact list which can be used by KKOCH, its holding company, service provider or contractor to contact the recipient for the delivery of order.

KKOCH shall not be responsible for the refusal of the recipient to receive a 
gift/arrangement.

Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. When a bank refund is applied, such refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment of the credit or debit cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on KKOCH Platforms. We will do our best to process your refund promptly. 

KKOCH is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient. If your delivery identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete by emailing our Customer Support at operations@kkoch.ae
